Designed by Rob Bradley, this is a three bedroom bungalow built for a private client in the quiet village of Ingham. We have managed all construction including in-house timber frame design.
A development of 6 new two bed homes and a refurbishment of three existing properties on the same site. This is one of our more challenging sites in the heart of the city centre, as access and space are limited. This has been fully project managed from start to finish, including in-house timber frame design and construction.
One of our own developments, this is three timber frame houses built in the popular location of North Hykeham. All works, from design to sale were completed in-house.
One of our own developments; this is eight apartments and two semi-detached houses tucked away behind the Shakespeare Pub on Lincoln’s High Street. These dwellings are timber framed and include a domestic sprinkler system. The whole process from design through to sale was completed in house.
This development comprises of six traditionally built high spec, award winning detached homes situated in the village of Saxilby. The whole build was fully managed for our client, including all roads and infrastructure, from start to completion.

A detached three bedroom cottage built for a private client in the picturesque village of Newton on Trent. Traditionally built and finished to a high standard, it was completed on time and within budget.
This is a development on St Anne’s Close in Lincoln- next to the hospital. It was completed in May 2020 and comprises of six two bedroom homes with parking and electric vehicle charging points. Works included:
- Piled foundations
- Gas membrane and ground contamination works
- In-house timber frame design and construction
